Prayer For Sleep: Surrendering My Worries, Fears, And Concerns To God
Dear Hashem,
As I prepare to close my eyes and enter into the realm of dreams, I come before you in prayer, seeking your presence and your divine protection. In the Book of Psalms, chapter 3, verse 5, it is written:
"I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because Hashem sustains me."
Hashem, I acknowledge that it is by your grace that I am able to lie down and sleep peacefully. I trust in your sustaining power, knowing that you watch over me throughout the night. I surrender all my worries, fears, and concerns to you, knowing that you are my faithful and loving Guardian of Dreams.
In the Book of Psalms, chapter 121, verse 4, it is written:
"Indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep."
Hashem, I find comfort in knowing that you never sleep or slumber. You are always vigilant, watching over me and protecting me, even as I rest. I place my trust in your unwavering presence, knowing that you are my constant Guardian, shielding me from any harm or disturbances that may try to invade my dreams.
Yeshua, I call upon your name, for you are the Prince of Peace. In the Book of Isaiah, chapter 26, verse 3, it is written:
"You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you."
Yeshua, I desire to enter into a state of perfect peace as I sleep. I ask that you calm my mind and bring tranquility to my thoughts. Help me to fix my gaze upon you, trusting in your faithfulness and surrendering all my concerns to your loving care. May my mind be steadfast, anchored in your presence, as I drift into a peaceful and restful sleep.
Thank you, Hashem, for being my Guardian of Dreams. I trust in your loving care and ask for your blessings upon my sleep. May I find calmness, serenity, and rejuvenation in the embrace of your watchful presence.
