Prayer For Sleep: Requesting God To Consume Any Darkness, Doubt, Or Fear That May Hinder My Sleep

Heavenly Father, in the mighty and matchless name of Yeshua, I humbly come before You as Your beloved child. I offer this prayer with the deep desire for Your glory to be revealed through Jesus. May this prayer bring peace, protection, and an intimate encounter with You as we rest in Your presence.

HaShem, the Great I Am, I acknowledge Your infinite power and holiness. I am grateful for the privilege to approach Your throne of grace. I cover myself and all who join me in prayer with the shield of Yeshua's precious blood. Through His sacrifice, we are washed clean and made righteous in Your sight.

As I prepare to enter into a state of rest, I turn to the Tanakh, Your eternal Word, for guidance and inspiration. In Psalm 91:1-2, it is written, "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of HaShem, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" Father, I seek the shelter of Your presence, for in You alone I find true rest and security.

In the stillness of the night, I invite the fire of Your Spirit to burn brightly within me. Ignite the flames of Your divine presence, consuming any darkness, doubt, or fear that may hinder my sleep. Let Your holy fire refine my heart and mind, purifying my thoughts and emotions. In Jeremiah 23:29, it is written, "Is not my word like fire," declares HaShem, "and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?" May Your Word, like a burning fire, penetrate my soul and bring me peace.

Father, above all, I pray that through my sleep and dreams, You are glorified. May the tranquility and restoration I experience during sleep be a testament to Your faithfulness and love. May my rest draw others closer to You, desiring the same intimate relationship with You. In Matthew 5:16, Yeshua proclaimed, "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

In the name of Yeshua, my Savior and Redeemer, I conclude this prayer. May it bring peace, comfort, and a deep sense of Your presence to all who hear it. May Your name be exalted and glorified through Jesus. Amen and amen.
