Prayer For God's Shield From Men Approaching Me During My Menstrual Period
Blessed are You, HaShem, my God, King of the Universe.
I come before You today, seeking Your protection and shield as I navigate my menstrual period. This time of the month can bring about not only physical changes but also emotional sensitivities, and I turn to You for guidance and safety. I trust in Your unfailing love and protection over my life, especially during this vulnerable time.
In Psalm 91:1-2, it is written,
"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, 'My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'"
Lord, I seek to dwell in Your presence during this time. I ask that You be my refuge and fortress, providing me with safety and comfort as I face the world around me. May I feel secure in Your shadow, knowing that You are my protector against any unwanted attention or approach.
In Proverbs 18:10, it says,
"The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe."
I run to You, Lord, as my strong tower. Help me to find refuge in Your name, especially when I may feel vulnerable or uneasy. I trust that Your presence surrounds me, creating a barrier of safety against any who may approach me with ill intentions or disregard for my feelings.
In Psalm 121:7-8, You promise,
"The Lord will keep you from all evil; He will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore."
I claim this promise for myself, Lord. I ask that You keep me safe from any unwanted advances or interactions during this time. May Your watchful eye guard my movements and protect my heart. I trust that You will keep me from harm as I go about my day.
In Isaiah 54:17, it is written,
"No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall confute every tongue that rises against you in judgment."
I hold onto this promise, Lord, asking that You shield me from any words or actions that may seek to undermine my peace. Protect me from those who may approach me with disrespect or insensitivity. Help me to respond with grace and confidence, knowing that I am covered by Your protection.
In Psalm 34:7, it is written,
"The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him and delivers them."
I ask that You send Your angels to encamp around me during this time. Protect me from any physical or emotional harm, and deliver me from any situations that may cause me discomfort. I trust that Your heavenly hosts are with me, guarding my heart and spirit.
In 2 Thessalonians 3:3, it says,
"But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one."
Lord, I rely on Your faithfulness to guard me during this time. Help me to remain steadfast in my trust in You, knowing that You will protect me from those who do not honor my boundaries. May Your presence be a shield around me, keeping me safe from any negativity or harm.
In Isaiah 41:10, You reassure me,
"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Thank You for Your promise of being with me. I ask for Your strength to help me maintain my boundaries and to stand firm in my decisions. May I feel Your support lifting me up, allowing me to navigate any unwanted attention with confidence and poise.
In Psalm 46:1-3, it is written,
"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea."
I choose not to fear during this time, Lord. Even if I face discomfort or emotional turmoil, I will remember that You are my refuge and strength. Help me to remain calm and centered in Your presence, knowing that You are always there to help me through any challenges I may encounter.
In 1 Peter 5:8, it says,
"Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour."
I ask for Your help in being watchful and aware of my surroundings. Grant me discernment to recognize any unhealthy or inappropriate approaches. Help me to respond wisely and assertively, standing firm in my worth and dignity.
In Psalm 119:114, it is written,
"You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in Your word."
Lord, I find my hiding place in You. Help me to seek refuge in Your Word, drawing strength and comfort from the promises contained within. May Your truth encourage me and provide me with the safety I need during this time.
Thank You, HaShem, for hearing my prayer. I am grateful for Your love, mercy, and grace. I trust in Your protective shield during my menstrual period, knowing that You are always with me, guarding my heart and body from unwanted advances.
