Prayer For Divine Protection Against The Edomites
Heavenly Father,
I come before You today with a heart full of faith and urgency, seeking Your divine protection over the land of Israel, Your chosen people. I lift this nation up to You, calling upon Your holy name, HaShem, the God of Israel, the One who has been our refuge and strength throughout history. In these times of potential conflict, as threats may arise from the Edomites, I implore You to surround Israel with Your mighty hand and keep it safe from all harm.
Lord, I ask that You build a strong fortress around Israel, safeguarding every city, every community, and every individual. Your Word assures us in Psalm 125:2, “As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His people from this time forth and forevermore.” I stand firm on this promise, trusting that You are always present, guarding Your people with unwavering love and faithfulness.
In the name of Yeshua, I declare the powerful shield of His precious blood over Israel. May this blood serve as a divine barrier against all evil and malicious intentions. As it is written in Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn.” I invoke this promise, asking that the blood of Yeshua cover every heart, every home, and every corner of the land, bringing peace, security, and deliverance to Your people.
Father, I call upon the fire of God to consume any plans devised against Israel by the Edomites. Let Your holy fire burn brightly, illuminating the darkness and dispelling the schemes of the enemy. Your Word in Jeremiah 23:29 reminds us that Your word is like a fire. I ask that this fire purify and protect, igniting within Your people a spirit of courage and unwavering faith to stand strong against any opposition.
I pray for Your divine help to flow over the land and its people. I acknowledge the struggles and challenges that Israel faces, turning to Your promise in Psalm 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” I ask for Your healing touch to flow through Israel, restoring not only physical well-being but also the spirits that have been bruised by conflict and despair. Bring comfort to the grieving, strength to the weary, and hope to those who feel lost and abandoned.
Lord, let Your glory be revealed in all that You do for Israel. As You protect and heal, may the nations witness Your mighty hand at work and be drawn to You in awe. As it is written in Isaiah 60:1, “Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.” I pray that Israel’s light will shine brightly, reflecting Your glory and drawing others to know You.
As I intercede for Israel, I also lift up its leaders and defenders. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and courage as they navigate the complexities of their responsibilities. May they seek Your guidance in every decision, trusting that You are the source of true strength. Fill them with the assurance that You are with them, guiding their hearts and minds, empowering them to act justly and righteously.
I unite my spirit with all who pray for peace and protection over Israel. May our prayers rise like incense before You, a sweet aroma of faith and hope. I trust in Your perfect plan, knowing that You work all things for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose.
I commit this prayer into Your loving hands, grateful for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. I ask all these things in the precious name of Yeshua, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
