Prayer Of Gratitude For Yeshua's Intercession On My Behalf To The Father

Prayer Of Gratitude For Yeshua's Intercession On My Behalf To The Father

Blessed are You, Adonai, our God, King of the universe. I come before You today with a heart full of gratitude and a spirit yearning for Your presence. Thank You for the gift of life, for the breath in my lungs, and for the countless blessings You bestow upon me each day. I stand before You, aware of my shortcomings and the constant need for Your grace and mercy.

As I reflect on Your Word, I am reminded of the words of the prophet Isaiah: “I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee” (Isaiah 44:22). How comforting it is to know that You have removed my sins from me, allowing me to approach Your throne with boldness. I am grateful for this promise of redemption, which gives me hope and assurance.

I think of the profound truth found in the book of Psalms, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want” (Psalm 23:1). In Yeshua, I find my Shepherd, guiding me through the valleys of life, protecting me from harm, and leading me to still waters. Thank You for His watchful presence and for the peace that comes from knowing I am never alone.

Yeshua, I thank You for Your role as my intercessor. The Scriptures remind me, “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5). Although I recognize this verse is not from the Tanakh, it encapsulates the essence of Your mission. You stand before the Father on my behalf, and for that, I am eternally grateful. You, who know my heart and my struggles, intercede for me, bringing my petitions before the throne of grace.

In the book of Isaiah, You declare, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound” (Isaiah 61:1). Thank You, Yeshua, for coming to heal my brokenness and for offering freedom from my chains. Your intercession brings healing to my soul and comfort in my trials.

I reflect on the promise in Zechariah, “And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son” (Zechariah 12:10). I see how Your suffering and sacrifice have opened the door for forgiveness and reconciliation. Thank You for enduring the pain and for being the one who was pierced for my transgressions.

As I meditate on the words of the prophet Jeremiah, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” (Jeremiah 29:11), I am reminded of Your loving plans for my life. Your intercession assures me that You are constantly working for my good, guiding my steps and directing my path. I trust in Your divine wisdom and perfect timing.

In the face of my weaknesses and fears, I hold on to the words of Isaiah: “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn” (Isaiah 54:17). Thank You, Yeshua, for standing in the gap for me, for defending me against accusations, and for providing me with protection. Your intercession is my shield and fortress.

I am grateful for the assurance found in the Psalms, “He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him” (Psalm 91:15). Thank You for promising to answer my cries for help and for being present in my moments of distress. Your intercession is a reminder that I can always turn to You, knowing that You hear me and care for my every need.

As I reflect on the covenant You made with Your people, I recall the words of Exodus: “And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am the Lord your God” (Exodus 6:7). Thank You for including me in this covenant community. Yeshua, Your intercession allows me to be part of this sacred relationship with You and the Father.

In closing, I lift my heart in gratitude for Your intercession, Yeshua. You have bridged the gap between my frailty and the holiness of God. Thank You for standing before the Father, advocating for me, and ensuring that I am covered by Your grace. May I live each day in the light of this truth, sharing Your love and grace with others.

In Yeshua's name, I pray. Amen.
