Prayer For Deliverance From Familiar Spirits
Heavenly Father,
I come before You today, recognizing my need for Your divine intervention in my life. I approach You in humility and faith, calling upon Your holy name, HaShem, the God of Israel, who knows me intimately and understands the struggles I face. I seek Your help through the powerful name of Yeshua, my Savior and Redeemer, asking for deliverance from the influence of familiar spirits and their attachments that seek to draw me away from Your light.
Father, I acknowledge that familiar spirits can be subtle yet powerful, cloaked in familiarity and deception. Your Word warns us in Deuteronomy 18:10-12, “There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead.” I recognize these influences and declare my desire to be free from their grasp. I ask that You cleanse me from anything that does not align with Your truth and purpose for my life.
I plead the blood of Yeshua over me, claiming the shield of His blood as my protection. As it is written in Revelation 12:11, “And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” I declare that the powerful blood of Yeshua breaks every chain and sever every tie to familiar spirits that seek to entangle me. Let His sacrifice cover me, bringing freedom and restoration to my spirit.
Lord, I pray for Your deliverance to manifest in my life. Your Word in Psalm 34:17 assures me, “When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.” I cry out to You now, asking for Your deliverance from every familiar spirit that whispers lies and confusion into my heart. Remove their influence from my life and fill the empty spaces with Your truth and light.
May Your fire, O God, consume everything that does not belong in my life. As it is written in Jeremiah 23:29, “Is not my word like fire, declares the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?” Let Your fiery presence burn away every attachment, every lie, and every deception that has taken root within me. Purify my heart and mind, and let me emerge renewed and transformed in Your image.
Father, I desire that You be glorified through this process of deliverance. Let Your name be exalted as I experience freedom from the influence of familiar spirits. In Psalm 50:15, You invite us, “Call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.” I call upon You now in my time of need, trusting that You will deliver me and that my testimony will bring glory to Your name.
I ask for the comfort of Your Spirit to surround me in this journey of deliverance. Bring me peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7. Help me to remain steadfast in prayer and devotion, seeking Your presence above all else. May I grow in my relationship with You, finding strength and guidance in Your Word.
In closing, I lift this prayer to You, Father, in the mighty name of Yeshua, trusting in Your power to deliver me from the influence of familiar spirits and to fill me with Your Spirit. May Your will be done in my life, and may all glory, honor, and praise be lifted to You now and forevermore.
