Prayer Of Healing From Anxiety
Heavenly Father, HaShem, I come before You today with a heart that is heavy and burdened by anxiety. I acknowledge Your greatness and Your power to heal, and I trust that You are with me in this moment. I seek Your comfort and strength, knowing that You are my refuge and fortress, my God in whom I trust (Psalm 91:2). In my struggles, I turn to You, believing that You are greater than any fear or worry that tries to overwhelm me.
Lord, I call upon the name of Yeshua, my Savior, asking that His precious blood cover me and shield me from the torment of anxiety. I am reminded of Your Word, which declares, “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7). Today, I choose to lay my burdens at Your feet, releasing the weight of my worries into Your capable hands.
As I confront the waves of anxiety that crash over me, I ask for the fire of God to envelop my heart and mind. Let that divine fire burn away the thoughts that lead me to fear and doubt. I pray for Your Holy Spirit to fill me with peace and clarity, for Your Word says, “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You” (Isaiah 26:3). I choose to trust in You, Lord, and I ask that You help me to focus on Your promises rather than my circumstances.
HaShem, I surrender my fears to You. I know that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). I declare that I am not defined by my anxiety; rather, I am defined by Your love and grace. Help me to remember that I am fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that my identity is rooted in You.
I pray for Your angels to surround me, providing protection and comfort as I face these anxious thoughts. Let them guard my heart and mind in Yeshua’s name, shielding me from the lies of the enemy that seek to instill fear. I cling to the promise that “The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them” (Psalm 34:7). I trust that You are always with me, guiding me through the darkness and into Your light.
Father, I long for my healing from anxiety to glorify You. I desire that my journey of restoration serves as a testimony of Your goodness and mercy. As I experience Your healing touch, may it inspire others who are also struggling with anxiety to seek You and find hope in Your presence. Your Word reminds me, “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). I want my life to be a reflection of Your love and grace.
In this time of healing, I also ask for wisdom and discernment for those who walk alongside me in my journey. Surround me with friends and family who will encourage me and lift me up in prayer. Help them to be sensitive to my needs and to know how best to support me during difficult times.
As I work through my anxiety, I commit to meditating on Your Word daily. I will fill my mind with thoughts of Your goodness and faithfulness. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” (Philippians 4:6). I choose to pray and give thanks, knowing that You hear my cries and respond with love.
I will not allow anxiety to steal my joy or my peace. I declare that I am more than a conqueror through Him who loves me (Romans 8:37). I will rejoice in the Lord always; I will say it again: Rejoice! (Philippians 4:4). I will sing Your praises and declare Your goodness, even in the face of my struggles.
Father, I ask for healing not just in my mind but in my entire being. Bring restoration to my emotions, my relationships, and my spirit. Help me to experience the fullness of Your love and grace, knowing that You are always with me. In moments of doubt or fear, remind me that You are my rock and my salvation (Psalm 62:6).
In this moment of prayer, I declare that I am free from the chains of anxiety. I receive Your healing with an open heart, trusting in Your power to transform my life. Thank You for the work You are doing within me, even when the journey feels long and challenging.
In Yeshua’s name, I pray this prayer of healing, believing in Your unfailing love and abundant grace. Amen.
