Prayer For God To Remove Impure Feelings From My Life So That I Can Live In Purity
Heavenly Father, I come before You in the name of Yeshua. HaShem, I acknowledge Your holiness and righteousness, and I humbly ask for Your divine intervention in my life. I surrender to You, Father, every impure feeling that may be present within me, and I ask for Your cleansing and restoration.
I am grateful for the shield of Yeshua's blood, which was shed on the cross for the forgiveness of sins. I plead the blood of Yeshua over my heart, mind, and soul, asking You to cover me with His precious blood and wash away every impurity. Your Word assures me in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Father, I confess my impure feelings to You and ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing.
In Your Word, the Tanakh, I find guidance and strength to overcome impure thoughts and emotions. Psalm 51:10 says, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me." Father, I echo this prayer of King David. I ask that You create in me a clean heart, free from impure feelings, and renew a right spirit within me. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, empowering me to resist temptation and walk in purity.
I seek Your guidance, Father, and I pray for discernment to recognize the root causes of impure feelings in my life. In Psalm 139:23-24, it is written, "Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!" Father, I invite You to search my heart and reveal any hidden impurities or areas that need Your healing touch. Lead me in the path of righteousness, guiding me away from anything that hinders my relationship with You.
I pray for the fire of Your Spirit to consume and purify my heart. In Jeremiah 23:29, it is written, "Is not my word like fire, declares the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?" Father, I ask that Your Word, like a consuming fire, would penetrate every corner of my being, breaking down any impure feelings and thoughts. Purify me, Father, by the fire of Your Spirit, and make me whole.
Above all, Father, I desire for Your name to be glorified through Jesus, Yeshua, my Savior. In Matthew 5:16, Yeshua said, "Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." Father, I pray that as You remove impure feelings from my life, others would witness the transformation and give glory to You. May my life be a testament of Your redeeming power and Your ability to restore and purify.
In the mighty name of Yeshua, my Savior and Redeemer, I conclude this prayer. I surrender every impure feeling, thought, and desire to You, knowing that You are able to cleanse and transform me. I thank You, Father, for Your love, Your grace, and Your desire to see me walk in purity. In Yeshua's name, I pray. Amen.
